We know the area, and managed many homes.  We are familiar with the necessary legal contracts and know how to protect your interests.



Preparation

Presenting the unit in the best possible light - as simple as cleaning the carpets to choosing an appropriate interior color.



Advertising

Composing and running the ad, answering the phone, meeting the prospective renters and showing the unit.



Application


Our application process is thorough and comprehensive.  We can produce credit reports and verify references.


Contracts

The contract has evolved over 10 years.  It is flexible and can be amended to easily fit your needs.


Collection

We will collect each month's rent and, as necessary, collect the late payments.


Disbursements

The rent payment will be deposited, condo fee paid, and mortgage paid as well.


Supervision

We are always here and so far there has not been a problem we could not solve.



Accounting

We handle all the accounting details.  Our accounting program is used by many CPAs.  At the end of the year you or your accountant will receive a full record on disk or hard copy.
